We created these beautiful mallows by following a traditional recipe. with dried fruit steeped overnight in brandy, we use dark brown sugar for a rich treacle taste and then gently mix this mallow until it oozes with the brandy soaked fruit. tasting exactly like a christmas pudding this brings a fresh new twist to the after dinner classic- serve on a board with fresh figs, candied nuts and shards of dark chocolate for a spectacularly moreish dessert.
We hand-finish with beautiful toppings- bright sprinkles for this flavour. We only ever use British fairtrade sugar. They are egg white, dairy & gluten free and suitable for pescatarians.They are then packaged into our luxe gold foiled boxes- the perfect gift for anyone who likes a tipple!

The quality of our ingredients means a lot to us: we only use fruit and organic herbs in our marshmallows – you won’t find any flavourings or additives. we only ever use fair-trade british sugar. they are egg white, dairy & gluten free and suitable for pescatarians. all our marshmallows are whipped up, hand poured and cut in our own bakery.
