Each tart is shaped, coloured, and finished by hand, resulting in a unique piece with its own character. Expect layered colour, piped “cream” detailing, sculpted fruit forms and, in some cases, fine touches of gold leaf for a quietly extravagant finish.
Inspired by grand afternoon teas, patisserie counters, and historic dessert tables, these pieces are made to be admired rather than eaten. They bring a touch of theatre to interiors, whether placed beneath a glass dome, arranged on a cake stand, or used in photography and prop styling.
