Description

Hand crafted table lamp. Named in honour of the man we called St Vincent who set me on my path as a turner, he was locally famed for giving beautiful turned lamps as gifts for special occasions. Hand turned from a single piece of beautiful Spalted Beech, consciously simple in form to let the incredible timber speak for itself. Each St Vincent lamp carries my maker coin for those who are curious enough to follow the grain around to the back of the lamp to discover it. Hand wired with a bulb holder in antique brass colours and an elephant grey twisted power cable designed to contrast the lighter tones of the timber.

Need to know

Each lamp is carefully hand wired and tested to conform to UK electrical standards . The lamp stands at 36cm Tall and 7.5cm wide.

Something From The Turnery

Lincolnshire

Hi! I'm Joel, I've fallen in love with the steady , satisfying pace of hand-crafting beautiful timbers into pieces for your home. Each item will hold it's own unique grain, formed slowly over years and it's my mission to create solely (and soulfully) from sustainable, reclaimed and repurposed timbers.
